The Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences is a partner of this year’s TopMinds mentoring program organized by the Polish-American Fulbright Commission and the Top500 Innovators Association. This weekend, i.e. January 25-26, a BootCamp will be organized at our Institute, starting the mentoring program for young scientists working in various fields of science. On behalf of the Institute, Anna Jarząb, PhD, and Sabina Górska,DsC, are involved as organizers and mentors.
The TopMinds program aims to help young people who are at the beginning of their scientific careers to enter the world of science, find their way in the daily life of the university, make contacts, as well as help them develop their individual career path. As part of this year’s TopMinds 2024 edition, 20 mentoring pairs (20 mentors and 20 mentees) will meet in Wroclaw. They will work together for the next six months on the goals they have set for themselves, enabling the development of young scientists.
