Katarzyna Pacyga-Prus, PhD, Awarded NSC Coordination & Capacity Kick-off Grant

The Hirszfeld Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences has received funding under the Coordination & Capacity Kick-off call, organised by the National Science Centre as part of the fourth round of the Norwegian and EEA Grants.

A grant of 11,879 PLN (2,800 euros) has been awarded for the project. The project is led by Katarzyna Pacyga-Prus, PhD, from the Microbiome Immunobiology Laboratory.

The aim of the Coordination & Capacity Kick-off call is to support the development of bilateral research partnerships between teams from Poland and countries within the European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein), as well as to develop research project proposals that will be eligible to apply for funding in the forthcoming interdisciplinary LANGSPIL call, implemented under the ‘Basic Research’ programme of the fourth round of the Norwegian and EEA Grants.

The funding awarded will enable the development of international cooperation and the preparation of a concept for a future research project.

We offer our warmest congratulations!
