We are pleased to announce that the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences complies with the principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in the field of chemical analysis, as confirmed by certificate No. 32/2025/DPL signed on 3 December 2025 by the President of the Office for Chemical Substances.

The IIET PAS has been listed as a Certified DPL Research Unit since 2016.

In November this year, a periodic inspection and verification of chemical analyses in accordance with GLP principles was carried out. The inspection at the IIET PAS Biomedical Chemistry Laboratory was conducted by inspectors from the Chemical Substances Office. During the inspection, the Institute was represented by Katarzyna Szczaurska-Nowak, PhD, the Director’s representative for quality, and Jarosław Ciekot, PhD, the head of research at the certified research unit. The support of the IT Department, the Company Archives, and the Human Resources and Payroll Department was also invaluable.
