We are pleased to announce that the Bureau of Chemical Substances has again awarded the Ludwik Hirszfeld Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences the Good Laboratory Practice certificate.

The award of the certificate was preceded by an inspection and verification of the certified testing unit and system documentation. A team of experts assessed the compliance of chemical analyses performed at the Laboratory of Biomedical Chemistry with the principles of Good Laboratory Practice contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of August 3, 2012, with the provisions of Directive 2004/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, and with relevant OECD documents.

IITD PAN has been included in the list of certified research units since 2016.
