We are pleased to announce that on May 12 this year, the European Commission awarded the Ludwik Hirszfeld Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy the PAN LOGO “HR Excellence in Research”.
Independent, international experts positively assessed the analysis of the level of application at the Institute of European Personnel Strategy and the improvement plan prepared for 2023-2024 by the HRS4R Monitoring Team, reviewed by the HRS4R Monitoring Team and approved by the Scientific Council of IITD PAN.
The “HR Excellence in Research” LOGO reflects the Institute’s commitment to continuous improvement of its personnel policy in accordance with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, in particular its commitment to achieving fair and transparent recruitment and evaluation procedures.
The principles contained in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers are addressed to researchers, employers and research funding entities operating in the public and private sectors and are aimed at improving working conditions and career development of researchers in Europe.
From May 12 the “HR Excellence in Research” LOGO will be available to promote a stimulating and favorable working environment for researchers at IITD PAN.
