We are pleased to announce that WSD IPAN PhD student Anna Andrzejczak, M.D., from the Laboratory of Genetics and Epigenetics of Human Diseases, has been awarded the BioLAB Program for the 2024/25 academic year and will complete a research internship at the University of Chicago.

The BioLAB Program, formerly known as the Visiting Research Graduate Traineeship Program (VRGTP), is a one-year internship for students in the biological, chemical, biophysical and medical sciences at four US research institutions: University of Virginia, University of Chicago, Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation and UT Southwestern Medical Center. The Polish-American Fulbright Commission has been a partner of the BioLAB program since 2013. The program is fully funded by the host institutions.
