Preparation for recruitment
1. The head of the organizational unit applies to the Director of the Institute for the recruitment of a non-academic employee.
2. The application must include: justification, job description with responsibilities and indication of the source of funding.
3. The approved application with the job description is forwarded electronically to the Human Resources and Payroll Department rekrutacja@hirszfeld.pl with the following note in the title: job advertisement for the position…………………………………..
4. In case of disagreement, the Director returns the application to the applicant.
The Human Resources and Payroll Department posts the vacancy announcement on the IITD PAN website under the Jobs tab, on other electronic platforms as needed;
Receive application documents, mainly by email to: rekrutacja@hirszfeld.pl with a note in the subject line : name of the position and the unit to which it applies or to the address of the head of the organizational unit.
Recruitment steps
1. The Human Resources and Payroll Department posts the vacancy announcement on the IITD PAN website under the Jobs tab, on other electronic platforms as needed;
2. Receive application documents, mainly by email to: rekrutacja@hirszfeld.pl with a note in the subject line : name of the position and the unit to which it applies or to the address of the head of the organizational unit
3. Appointment of a recruitment committee (at least 3 persons) by the Director in consultation with the head of the organizational unit
4. The recruitment commission conducts interviews and draws up a protocol of the recruitment.
5. Director’s decision on hiring.
6. Transfer of recruitment documentation to the Human Resources and Payroll department.
7. Announcement of the results of the recruitment on the website of IITD PAN.
Handling of application documents
1. The application documents of a candidate who is selected in the recruitment process are included in his/her personnel file.
Application documents of candidates who are not selected in the recruitment process are kept until the end of the recruitment process and then destroyed.
