The ‘Career’ list, which covers academic achievements from the start of a career, includes:
– Prof. Andrzej Górski (Bacteriophage Laboratory),
– Prof. Krystyna Dąbrowska (Laboratory of Phage Molecular Biology),
– Prof. Joanna Wietrzyk (Laboratory of Experimental Anticancer Therapy).
In the ‘Single Year’ ranking, which takes into account scientific achievements in the last calendar year, the following were recognised:
– Prof. Krystyna Dąbrowska (Laboratory of Phage Molecular Biology),
– Prof. Andrzej Górski (Bacteriophage Laboratory),
– Prof. Aleksandra Klimczak (Laboratory of Biology of Stem and Neoplastic Cells).
The ‘World’s Top 2% Scientists’ ranking is based on bibliometric indicators such as the Hirsch index, the number of citations and the author’s contribution to publications. It includes researchers from various fields whose work has a significant impact on the development of global science. The ranking is compiled using data from the Scopus database by a team at Stanford University in collaboration with Elsevier.
We warmly congratulate all the scientists recognised in the ranking!
