
Małgorzata Krynicka-Duszyńska is a leader specialising in the strategic management of medical innovation, putting into practice the concept of ‘from academic research to patient care’. She currently serves as Development Officer at the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
Her unique expertise lies in effectively integrating the scientific, clinical, economic and social communities to deliver modern therapeutic solutions. She has extensive experience in managing complex research and development projects, including the flagship WroVasc project bringing together over 200 scientists and clinicians, and in coordinating key strategies for modern CAR-T therapies.
Throughout her career, she has successfully established Clinical Research Centres and Laboratories for Innovative Medical Technologies, combining the rigour of scientific research with the needs of the commercial sector and the healthcare system. A sociologist by training and a specialist in crisis management and clinical research, she places particular emphasis in her work on building interpersonal relationships and social capital as the foundation for success in modern medicine.
